Tuck is a transplanted Midwesterner, who moved to San Diego in September of 1984. As you read some of his blogs, you will find those good old traditional values come thru. At least we hope so. He obtained his ham ticket in August of 1991, not as long as others, but more than some. He upgraded to Extra in April or May of 2000.
